Webinar Highlights
We live in a world with increased change/complexity/connectivity with competitiveness between change-makers. The webinar will discuss how to gain critical change-making skills, such as cognitive empathy and sophisticated teamwork, and explain the change-making process (identifying patterns/ spot needs). Drayton will also delve into why these skills need to be learned at a young age and debate the possibility of re-training older generations (at least to provide the support).
