Storytelling as Leadership Practice

  • Leadershipp Hub Cairo Egypt (map)

This is the first of a multi-session leadership program designed to equip the participants with storytelling as a tool to interpret their values to others, enable their teams and organizations to experience values it shares, and enable others to respond effectively to challenges and changes they face.

In recent years, scholars have studied storytelling in diverse disciplines including psychology, sociology, anthropology, political science, philosophy, legal studies, cultural studies, and theology. Professions engaged in storytelling practice worldwide include the ministry, law, politics, business, the military, and the arts.

This program is a groundbreaking practice that has been developed and taught by professor Marshall Ganz in Harvard Kennedy school that for years has proven an invaluable tool for senior public leaders, community organizers, students, managers, and leaders across a range of organizations.
This program is now in Egypt presented by experienced trainers, coaches, and teaching fellows from Harvard Kennedy school certified in public leadership.

For more than 10 years, our team delivered different leadership programs for more than 3000 participants all over the world, which deeply affected their own personal development and community growth. We are excited to deliver it now in a transformative leadership learning experience in Egypt.
